Arif’s Holden VE SSV Commodore would have to be up there with the most well known street driven Commodores in Australia. His plates ‘SKD55’ paired by it’s unique ‘in your face’ styling has really set the bar for the ADM car scene.

Part of the reason for it’s controversial stardom was the Channel 7 shows Today Tonight feature on Arif and the car back in 2013 and his ‘alleged’ street drifting antics dubbing him as ‘Australia’s Worst Hoon’. The video can be viewed HERE.

The car has undergone some extensive changes since then making it into the Street Commodore Issue #242 worthy beast you see below! The heart of the drift machine is a 6.2L LS3 fuelled on E85 built by Hi-Torque Performance. Keeping it planted on the street and track is a full Pedders coilover set, Whiteline sway bars and some modified knuckles and caster arms to pull some extreme amounts on lock out of it. He then attached to some big 19×10.5 Work Kiwamis bolted to some custom 5×114.3 hubs, all squeezed under some insanely rolled guards. Adding to it’s presence on the road is the HSV GTS front bar, skirts and guards, Pontiac G8 rear bumper, it’s Supermade Bonnet Vents, DMAX Roof lip and BFG Rear Wing. It’s one tough looking car both on and off the track!
